4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.Emergency or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover allocated time and resources.

5. Liability

While we take all necessary precautions, Airborne Tree Services is not liable for damage to underground utilities, unmarked obstacles, or pre-existing property issues unless caused by our negligence.Clients are responsible for clearing the work area of vehicles, pets, and personal property prior to service.

6. Warranties

We stand by the quality of our work. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of service completion and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

No other warranties are expressed or implied.

7. Changes to Terms

Airborne Tree Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
